Stage 1 - Listing on the open Marketplace

1) Package 1 - Free listing + Revenue Sharing

To onboard as many clients as possible, we will not charge a listing / consulting fee. Instead, we take a share (10%-20% of every sold membership)

2) Package 2 - Paid listing, no revenue sharing

A gym can choose to pay a one-time minting and consulting fee and by that, disable the revenue sharing.

Stage 2 - Implementation of the Whitelabel App

1) Package 1 - Conception & Mint

• Conception: What kind of membership(s) is being sold? On what blockchain? How many at what price? Via which trading platform(s)? Enable sending or not? Should holders get special benfits? How about the design? Should the holders have a voting right? These are some of the most frequently asked questions

• Mint-Service: The NFTs will be minted by us with all agreed features and delivered to your comapnys wallets

• Advisory Service: If any questions occur, you can schedule a free call with our customer service or we will get back to you within 48 hours via Mail. We will NEVER use automated chat bots and computer generated phone voices.

2) Package 2 - Conception, Mint & Safekeeping Service

• Package 1+

• Custody Service: All private keys of involved company wallets are secured and stored by us. If required, we also list the NFTs for sale and teach the customer the basics about blockchain

3) Package 3 - Conception, Mint, Safekeeping & Integration

• Package 2+

• A) Whitelabel-App: Get your custom app to integrate the NFTs in your existing ecosystem

• B) Interface into your own app: If you already have a member app, we integrate all the necessary Web3 functions into it

• Integration of a One-Click FIAT buy within the app + your website

Note: Package 2 is optional in Package 3.
